What is the difference between the product delivery agreement and final sale contract?

The final sale contract is to be signed at the in person sales session or when the sale is actually ordered. It means the sale is final and cannot be reversed. This means the customer is acknowledging it’s final. The final sale contract waives the cooling off periods demanded by Federal and State law.

The product delivery agreement serves as proof of delivery and acceptance of the physical (or digital) products and is therefore signed at the time the products are actually given to the client.
